About Professional Coaching

Coaching is a voluntary and completely confidential partnership in service of the client’s aspirations and goals. It works ideally when a client feels “stuck” about something in work or life and/or would like to create action towards a goal. Professionally trained coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to create and hold safe and non-judgmental space and to:

  • discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve;

  • encourage client self-discovery;

  • elicit client-generated solutions and strategies; and,

  • hold the client responsible and accountable

This intentional process allows clients to dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential. Coaching has the potential for transformational impact.

When Coaching Can Help

“I love my work, however I have NO work, life balance and my health is suffering.”

“I want to take my leadership to the next level but feel SO stuck in the day to day. I don’t know where or how to start.”

“I keep getting “triggered” and over reacting to a colleague. It is hurting MY reputation and I need to figure out how to manage the relationship differently.”

“I am really good at what I do, so keep getting more responsibility. Now I feel like I am not doing anything well and working like a “hamster on the wheel”. I want to figure out what is MOST important and set a plan to get there.”

“I am alone at the top, in my head too much and running from one issue to the next. I need a place to step back, get everything into the “light of day” – and without judgement, fear of reprisal or worry about breaking confidentiality.”
